   Hey, sorry to hear about your hemorrhoids. Apply aloe gel or petrolium jelly to help your hemorrhoids heal. Eat lots of fiber to avoid constipation (which would lead to further damage) while they are healing.

   There are other "natural" medicines you can ingest or apply externally such as bioflavonoids (found in fruits), "Witch Hazel Compress", etc. But these, I believe, would be difficult to find.

   Your best bet is to see a doctor, who could tell you just how bad your case is, and give you a prescription to a proper treatment. The session shouldn’t be too expensive, and neither would the remedy. If exacerbated by denial of proper treatment, the inflamed blood vessels around your anus may actually burst, which could result in bleeding and even a blood clot.    •Increase water intake
   •Regular exercise
   •Decrease fat in diet
   Measures to reduce symptoms include tub baths in plain, warm water and applcation of a hemorrhoidal cream or suppository to the affected area for a limited time.

   Doctors may suggest a bulk stool softener or a psyllium fiber supplement such as Konsyl Original or Konsyl Easy Mix to aid in the treamtent of hemorrhoids.
