Are cumin all the same?

Is black cumin same as cumin? I mean do they have the same properties? I want to use it for medicinal. If so can it cure piles (hemorrhoids)? Can I add it honey?

Black cumin is more pungent than the white one. This may be a point of difference when using it in cooking. Why not use both and see the difference?
You leave youself wide open with this question.
Be careful here. Once you go black, you won’t be cumin back.
Neither can cure anything.
Flavor-wise, they are very different.
