What are some remedies or cures for hemorrhoids?
Posted under Cure For Hemorrhoid by adminI know theres medicine bit I cant afford it right now so what else can I do? Prune juice??. Citrucet??.. Anything anyone has tried something and works?

Well, without using medicine, you can try sitting in a warm bath several times a day. Try not to sit or stand for too long at a time, lay down as often as you can to take some pressure off. Also, try to make sure you get plenty of fiber, etc. to stay regular and avoid straining when moving your bowels. And when you can afford it, get some otc medicine.
Over the counter rectal suppositories for pain relief.
Hi,
Well, after suffering for a long time myself, I became quite an expert on this. There are three popular remedies for hemorrhoids:
The first popular type is creams and ointments where a topical treatment is rubbed on your outer rectal area and aims to soothe blood vessels. This creates a relaxation of the tissue so that it does not bulge out so much. Once the tissue does not bulge, the hemorrhoid will be less likely to flare up. This is great for some relief in the temporal matter but unfortunately you are practically guaranteed to flare up again.
The 2nd type that is very popular as well in the form of suppositories which is inserted inside the rectum for the purposes of delivering moisture to the hemorrhoid and creating a lubricating effect once the next rectal pressure comes. The aim is to ensure the hemorrhoid heals without rupturing again. For some it works well, for others not so but it’s worth seeing.
The 3rd type is pills where one can consume that regulate some blood pressure in the system. This can have its side effects but overall it’s used to tighten vein tissue so that the hemorrhoid is less susceptible to problems. It’s a very top down approach that has its benefits but can also induce real side effects and big pharmacies like to push this.
These three types are the most common and once these are exhausted, you still have options such as cryotherapy or surgery. It all depends on the individual case and what you can tolerate. In my personal experience, it’s best to first try the safer options before going to the extreme measures. Even if the pain is unbearable, you can still use relief from these methods. It’s just not pleasant long-term either.

Greetings soon ,
It is estimated that close to 10 million people in the US alone suffer from Hemorrhoids. They are uncomfortable to say the least, embarrassing to talk about and annoying to deal with. If left untreated hemorrhoids can become serious requiring surgery. Ignoring them is next to impossible and while topical ointments make up a multi-billion dollar industry, they only provide minor relief and should only be used for a few days. In many cases, over the counter hemorrhoids medications can actually make them worse
Everyone has hemorrhoids. Whether or not the hemorrhoids interfere with their daily life is another story. Implementing a potato poultice can be a very beneficial alternative treatment for your hemorrhoid issues. To make a potato poultice, grate one to two tablespoons of raw potato into cheesecloth. Chill the cheesecloth and apply it to the rectal area for ten to fifteen minutes. Do this up to three times a day.
One of good and effective low cost cures for hemorrhoids involves taking a lukewarm sitz bath for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. That has also been confirmed to help calm the painful symptoms and swelling for many individuals. This may need to be applied on a daily basis and will be important to dry off the afflicted area to avoid additional moisture accumulation.
An additional remedy that is helpful for hemorrhoid relief is to use witch hazel and apply it on the affected area. For best results, it should be when done after a warm and gentle wash of the hemorrhoid.
I have gone all the way with these steps:
- I tried Witch Hazel medicated pads and failed.
- I tried “Preparation H” – but I was forced to stop.
- Then I found something that worked and avoided surgery!
I started using the techniques described anonlineproductreview.com/go/YHemCure/
and they worked! The results weren’t "instant" but after a week or so a few things really started to get better.
Some simple home treatments are: sitz baths, alternating between placing ice on the area for 10 minutes and hot for 20 minutes several times a day, or applying moist heat for 20 minutes. Other safe and natural treatments include Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera, and other herbal solutions.
Although hemorrhoids are not usually serious, they are embarrassing and painful. Treat them using all natural and safe products.
