Is this a hemorrhoid? Cures?

Are there any cure creams or anything that can be ordered online? Can you completely cure hemorrhoids? I’ve read both that you can and you can’t. I’m actually snowed in. In the middle of a huge blizzard…so yeah theres no doc for a few days. Also what a home remedy to soften stool?
yes it sounds like hemorrhoids. hemorrhoids can go away and sometimes they can come back. you can go to the doctor to get them removed but if you don’t want to do that you can get prep h or any other hem. cream. i guess you can order it online but im not for sure. and as for stool softeners, you can use prunes ( but they will make you have to go like a laxative would), drink lots of water and get plenty of fiber.
Yes eat lots of fiber, veggies, fruits whole grains. Cut white processed breads and foods out, there’s no nutritional value, and adds to constipation.
Omega 3’s are great for lubricating bowels. Like freshly ground flax seeds, eggs, and fish.
Also, magnesium helps soften stools too. Foods with magnesium are buckwheat, black beans, whole grain brown rice, most nuts, especially pumpkin seeds.
Drink lots of water too, cut out caffeine and alcohol.

Same thing happened to me during a hurricane. Once USPS/UPS were able to deliver, I got my order. I now order three bottles at a time and take three capsules when I feel hemorrhoids coming on. If you catch it early enough, they won’t develop. Of course it helps to watch your diet, stress, etc.
