How to cure constipation?

Posted under Cure For Hemorrhoid by admin

I have had constipation for 2 years now, and I’m trying to cure it naturally, as I don’t want to become reliant on laxatives. I eat at least 25 grams of fiber a day, drink water until my pee is clear, and exercise for half an hour or more daily. Optional: If I take citrucel as a last resort, will I become reliant on it?

If it helps, I had a habit of holding it when I was younger, so do I need a colon cleanser to fully regulate my bowels, as I have lost use of my defecation reflex? I currently use Preperation-H also, so something that would cure hemorrhoids as well would be nice.

breakstone makes a cottage cheese that aids in digestion of foods.Sounds like your digestive system isnt breaking down foods well enough for you to eliminate. Not good to hold it in. I started using a product I saw in walmart called "OMNIGEST". Its in a green box. It really really helps. Good luck with the flow, or, the lack there of.

You just need to find the cause, and then you can fix your problem. Here’s an article to get you started :) Hope it helps!

No to the colon cleansers. Add stool softeners in you intake as they are not stimulants but they do keep the stools soft. Also provide yourself potty time and perhaps get a stool to place you feet flat on when you are on the toilet.

When all else fails, I usually take a 1 to 2 quart warm water enema.
