help me to cure Hemorrhoids in China?

Please, is someone know where can i find some medicine : local medicinee ? western pharmacies ?. What can be the best cure?

I know that preparation H is a well known cure but the fact is everything is complicated in China when your don’t speak Chinese.
Maybe someone knows the chinese names of these medecines?

There’s an herbal remedy that I’ve found quite effective for relieving the pain from hemorrhoids. Horse Chestnut Seed Extract. You can buy it for $3 a bottle at Wal-mart in the vitamin section. Nothing else worked as well.
Preparation H. Helps shrink and the irritation of them. Check your local pharmacy.
