   I’ve already bought Holly Haydens H-Miracle cure. There are many salves & alleged cures. Which exact techniques worked for you ? No one can try all of her methods. For anyone “cured” there were probably no more than 4 techniques that worked. Pls clarify which worked best. Thank-you.

   Witch Hazel gel works very well on piles, but can leave a burning sensation. Menthol petroleum jelly really soothes all the discomfort. If you combine the two you have a wonderful combination that cleans and relieves the pain of piles, reducing their size over time too.
